1. Eligibility

Creative Sauce Black Friday 2024 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to Entrants in the countries listed in the "Countries" section below. The Giveaway is sponsored by Creative Sauce (“Sponsor”), and the entities listed as the supplier for each prize.

2. Entry

The Giveaway allows Entrants to enter a random drawing, as described below, on the Creative Sauce YouTube Channel (the “Channel”) for a chance to win various prizes listed below. THE ODDS OF WINNING THE PRIZES DEPENDS ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

No Prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded.

3. Prize Values

The average retail value (“ARV”) of the prizes is listed in the following sections. All values are given in USD.

The supplier of these prizes is Arturia (https://www.arturia.com). 3 prizes are being supplied, for 3 winners (one prize per winner).  The prizes and their ARVs are as follows:

The supplier of this prize is IK Multimedia (https://www.ikmultimedia.com). The prize is T-RackS 6 MAX (ARV $299.99).

6. Lunacy Audio Prize

The supplier of this prize is Lunacy Audio (https://lunacy.audio). The prize is Beam (ARV $99).

7. Music Hack Prizes

The supplier of these prizes is Music Hack (https://www.musikhack.com). 3 prizes are being supplied, for 3 winners (one prize per winner).  The prizes and their ARVs are as follows:

10. Sonible Prize

The supplier of this prize is Sonible (https://www.sonible.com). The prize is the smart:essentials bundle (ARV $249).

11. Soundtheory Prizes

The supplier of these prizes is Soundtheory (https://www.soundtheory.com). 2 prizes are being supplied, for 2 winners (one prize per winner).  The prizes and their ARVs are as follows:

  • Prize #1: Gullfoss ($199)
  • Prize #2: Kraftur ($99)

12. UJAM Prize

The supplier of this prize is UJAM (https://www.ujam.com). The prize is the Music Creation Suite (ARV $999).

13. Universal Audio Prize

The supplier of this prize is Universal Audio (https://www.uaudio.com). The prize is a Volt 476P Audio Interface (ARV $469).

Universal Audio will ship the prize to the winner directly.

14. Total Prize Value

The total ARP of all prizes is $4909.64

15. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway shall begin at 12:01 a.m. Australian Western Standard Time ("AWST") on 21st November 2024 and shall end at 11:59 p.m. AWST on 2nd December 2024 ("Giveaway Period").

16. How to Enter

17. Winning

The winners of the Giveaway (“Winners”) shall be chosen by the Channel at random. The Winners shall be chosen within 2 days of the end of the Giveaway Period. Winners will be contacted by email to notify them of their prize. Please note that in some circumstances there may be a delay, while we coordinate delivering the prize to you from the supplier.

18. Prize Claim

The Winner must reply to the Channel within 14 days of being notified at [email protected] .

19. Rights of Sponsor

The Channel, shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any Entry whatsoever made by Entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.
